Gesture Sessions are where my choreographic genius and intuitive energy practice overlap. This is Witch Choreo at its finest. The best part is, it’s so human that you can’t help but feel like a stunning sorceress.
Movement?
Don’t be Scared. They said dancing, movement, sensing the source of intuitive understanding wasn’t for everyone because those things are powerful. I might be the guide, mystic and choreographer in this moment, but you will remember that your body is highly capable, communicative, and able to create change.
Best part? It’s sensual and the whole world will sigh with you. Distant animals, trees, clouds, the ancestors. Yes. We are fun. It’s a party. But . . . we won’t be so silly as to neglect how profound or deep this gesture business can really go.
What happens in a session?
In these sessions, I prescribe personal gesture work and presence based on what is resonant in the moment. Movement has been my alchemy and remedy my whole life. It is wildly refined and super fun. I promise you will feel enlivened and reverent.
The body is beyond intelligent. Pair a ritualistic attitude with some courage and soon subtle awareness will rise and your embodiment will become personal. Shifts will begin to happen - like magic, like art, like locus of control.
